PeoplePlus Academy has a range of courses upcoming in Sheffield during May, including:
Entry 3 Breaking Barriers (Personal and Social Skills) – 8 May – this course is especially suited for those a bit further from the job market who lack confidence.
Entry 3 ICT Course – 6 days – 13 May – basic IT course covering, IT user fundamentals, word processing, using the internet etc.
Functional Skills Maths (Entry 1 – Level 2) – 13 May
Functional Skills English (Entry 1 – Level 2) – 31 May
Level 2 Security SIA Routeway – (3-week course) 25 June -17 July fully funded badge and interview after completion
The upcoming courses will take place at PeoplePlus’ Portland House offices in Shalesmoor. Directions are as follows
Requirements:
- Be working at Level 1 in English
- photo ID such as passport or driving licence
- discussion around criminal convictions

To refer just call PeoplePlus’ office number (01142894861) or email Mina Salifu with the name and time your client can attend our assessment session. These sessions take place every Tuesday at 10am or Wednesday at 1pm.

If learners do not have ID/are not at the right level of English PeoplePlus can help pay for this/support with English – just get in touch for further queries
PeoplePlus is still offering incentives such as CSCS cards, FLT licence, Passport/provisional licence, Food Hygiene certificate etc. upon course completion. These can be discussed with clients in the assessment session.
