On Friday 11 March, Disability Sheffield will be hosting a free digital workshop at The Workstation Sheffield at 12pm for people with learning disabilities and their support workers or family who need help getting online.
This workshop will cover:
- How to use your computer and understanding the equipment you may already have
- Getting a computer
- Being safe online
- Improving digital skills to help the people that support workers care for to connect with people online.
Disability Sheffield claims to be giving away some free tablets at the event and lunch will be provided.
