Sheffield Mencap & Gateway is inviting carers for adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism to join one of its park walks, which take place on Mondays and Fridays.

Join one of our friendly walking groups- for carers and the people they care for. Improve your health and wellbeing through gentle exercise, meeting people and exploring Sheffield's green spaces. Walks are held on Monday and Friday. Locations include Firth Park, Graves Park, Hillsborough Park and High Hazels Park.
