Works for Me: Zest launches employment support project for Parents and/or Carers returning to work

Zest has a new project called ‘Works for Me’ to support parents and carers living in Sheffield, who want to access training, think about looking for work or become their own boss.

The project – part of the wider Ambition project, part-funded by Sheffield City Council and the European Social Fund – is geared at supporting people who have been out of the labour market for an extended period of time due to caring responsibilities.

Advisors support individuals on a one-to-one basis using motivational techniques and coaching, offering tailored support and interventions.

  • Currently unemployed and/or economically inactive
