Our Leadership & Management course, starts on Tuesday 13 June, at Electric Works in Sheffield.
Learners will work towards a Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills. Bright Direction Training will be delivering the training in-person over three full days, with 2 weeks in between each session.
The three classroom days are Tuesday 13 June, Tuesday 27 June and Thursday 6 July, 9:30am to 3:30pm. Homework assignments will be set after each session.
The course is split into 3 units:
- Understanding Leadership
- Planning and Monitoring Work
- Management of Self
The course is one of many digital training courses from the Advancing Digital programme, part of Opportunity Sheffield, the Employment & Skills Service at Sheffield City Council.
