Employability Workshop (5 days) from Mon 31 – Fri 4 Aug
Customer Service level 2 (5 days) from Mon 7 – Fri 11 Aug
Team Leading Level 2 (5 days) from Mon 14 – Fri 18 Aug
Digital Skills Level 2 (10 day) from Mon 21 – Fri 1 Sept

Level Up with PT-Xi
Level Up with PET-Xi provides free support to young people aged 19-24 in Sheffield who are looking to secure work (born before 31.08.2003, from August 23 this moves to 2004) . PET-Xi also offer tailored individual support to care leavers to promote positive wellbeing and build momentum in your transition to independence.
Choose from 1,2 or 3 short courses with vocational certificates in Customer Service, Team Leading and/or IT User Skills Level 2 to enhance their CV and transferrable skills for the workplace (no exams).
Level Up aims to enhance employment opportunities, build core skills to support student’s transition with 1:1 mentoring, and offer a dedicated advisor to support learners from start to finish on their journey with PET-Xi.
Learners will gain essential, transferrable skills alongside bespoke and flexible mentoring to support in their personal development:
- Confidence, wellbeing, resilience, motivation, teamwork and communication
- Developing a routine, time & budget management and journey planning
- Work exploration, CV and application support, preparing for interview and beyond
- Employer expectations, getting work ready
