Longer working lives, combined with shifts in the economy and labour market, have led to a greater need for adults to retrain and upskill. But what proportion of adults want to change career and what support do they need?
Join L&W’s webinar, Learning for Career Change, where fresh insights will be shared from L&W’s Adult Participation in Learning Survey. Attendees will also be hearing from partners who are taking action to support career changers.
