Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday over the course of 2 weeks, plus 1:1 mentoring.
Time: 10am-3pm

About Development Skills
A focussed 6 day course building core skills to support young people’s transition to their next steps. This includes a dedicated dedicated mentor to support learners from start to finish on their journey with PET-Xi. Learners will gain essential, transferrable skills to support in their personal development, this is person centred and tailored to the individual. Learners can choose from:
- Confidence, wellbeing, resilience, mindset & motivation, teamwork and communication
- Developing a routine, time & budget management and journey planning
- Work exploration, CV and live application support, preparing for interview and beyond
- Employer expectations, understanding Sheffield labour markets & getting work ready
