Sector Routeways: Early Careers is a new youth programme offering people aged 16-24, the opportunity to secure meaningful paid employment by raising aspirations and employability skills.
The Early Careers course will include:
- Structured classroom delivery
- Employer engagement
- Workplace industry experiences.
This course will offer young people bespoke support to understand and access the job market, leading to paid employment, apprenticeships, or employment related learning.
Early Careers training will take place over 3 weeks at Moorfoot, Sheffield, S1 4PL.
