Sheffield City Council’s Apprenticeships team is looking for local employers to provide placements and jobs in the digital industry.
The vacancies will be filled by candidates who have completed the Cyber Security Bootcamp. The programme takes 5 weeks and explores vital skills in safeguarding data and securing networks.
Typical jobs this course could lead to include:
- IT Technician roles
- IT Support roles
- Cyber Security roles
- Maintenance support roles
- First line support
In addition to the list of standard jobs above, this course would prepare students to undertake the Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship.
Eligibility criteria apply. Candidates must be unemployed and aged 19+
The course will be delivered at The Career Centre (CDC Training), Cricket Inn Road, Sheffield, S2 1TR.
