Grow have renamed their projects for greater clarity. Their Grow Programme will now be called Grow Training, while their Grow Gardeners project will now be called Grow Employment.
Grow delivered four Programmes in 2025, which included a successful pilot programme in High Green. 48 young people completed their programmes, with 24 continuing onto paid work experience with Grow and their partners across Sheffield.
In 2026 Grow plan to:
- Deliver five programmes on their Grow Farm across the seasons
- Deliver another pilot programme (tell Grow if you know of a green space that needs transforming!)
- Deliver another programme with their partners at High Green Development Trust
- Pilot opportunities for more community groups and young people in alternative provision to enjoy the Grow Farm
If you have a young person in mind who would benefit from the Grow Training programme, you can make a referral on the Grow website.
