Sheffield Occupational Health Advisory Service (SOHAS) has launched a Train the Trainer programme of employer training and development delivered as part of a range of NHS South Yorkshire Health & Growth Accelerator (HGA) programmes.
The programme will enhance your organisations’ practice in matters of workplace health and wellbeing. It will help your employees identify, support and manage health-related work issues, and embed employee wellbeing and inclusion into leadership and management
practice to help maintain employee attendance, and workforce performance and productivity.
The programme is currently free of charge for SMEs in Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. Places are limited so booking early is essential.
