Are you 16-24? Need support getting into work? The next Grow Training programme starts on Monday 13 April 2026.
Through Grow’s horticulture-based project, you’ll develop transferable skills that are key ingredients to thriving in life and at work, such as working well with others, good communication and managing your motivation.
Who: 16-24 year olds who are NEET and not university graduates
Duration: Four weeks
When: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 1pm – 3:30pm
Where: Grow farm, 389 Manor Lane, S2 1UL
Those who complete the four week programme, are guaranteed an interview for Grow’s 10-week paid work placement programme.
