People.SHF and Universal Credit Partnership to stage Sheffield summit on Thu 28 Feb

By DotSHF – Sheffield’s Digital Coalition

Following the roll out of Universal Credit (UC) in Sheffield and the UN Report on Extreme Poverty in the UK, the People.SHF and Universal Credit Partnership have been working together to explore how we could bring the digital expertise and resources; and community support in our city together to help improve the lives of people claiming UC.

We will be hosting a summit on Thurs 28th February in Sheffield facilitated by Good Things Foundation, where we will use a service design approach to explore the issues and potential solutions enabled by a blend of digital and face to face support.

The summit will take place at The Nave, St Mary’s Church and Conference Centre, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4QZ from 9:00am to 12:00pm. There are limited places available and we will endeavour to ensure we get a balance of people with digital expertise and with frontline and policy experience of UC.

If you would like to attend the event, please register on Eventbrite.
