Amey is launching its next STRIVE programme for care-experienced young people in January 2026.
The aim of the programme is to provide a group of young people, aged 18 – 25, with experience of the care system an insight into the diversity of career opportunities within Amey.
The programme will engage care leavers and support them to identify onward career and training opportunities within Amey and the wider infrastructure sector.
STRIVE take place over five days and combines classroom training with visits and site tours to gather a full understanding of the roles and work culture at Amey.
