Inspiration from Women to Work: February newsletter

Written by Women to Work

A productive year… Well here we are, all settled and into the swing of the new year and new decade…

Maybe you have plans, like us, to make this year a productive one, full of new and existing projects and clients, or maybe your version of a productive year is to take things a little slower, whatever you need we hope you will find some inspiration in this and our future newsletters.

Free workshops

This year brings with it the wonderful news that we are continuing to offer our highly successful FREE Work Life Discovery Coaching Workshops for 2020 and into 2021…we’ve been running these workshops five or six times a year since Women to Work launched in 2014 and over 200 women have attended our workshops during that time.  We are able to offer them free of charge due to the support of Sheffield Business & Intellectual Property Centre at Sheffield Central Library and we are so grateful to them.

You can read more about the workshops here and if you know someone who is local to Sheffield and is looking for some support to change their work life please do send them our way! We can also run this workshop within organisations for your women’s networks too.

Prioritising & time management coaching tool With each newsletter we will continue to share a coaching tool that we hope you can use to have an immediate positive impact for you and those you work with…

It can be a challenge when we are juggling a lot of different priorities and projects to work out what to prioritise and to get everything done in limited time.

So we thought this would be a good time to share our quick tips for time management to help you get prepared for the week ahead.

What our clients say…

“As Managing Director of a growing technology business, I am keen to help every one of our people make the most of their opportunity. We know that women can be more reluctant than men to put themselves forward for opportunities at work and believe that working with Women to Work will help all our women maximise their potential and grasp the opportunity Chess can offer them”
Stephen Dracup, Managing Director, Chess ICT

We hope you’ve enjoyed our newsletter, please get in touch if you have any feedback or ideas for future communications that you’d like us to include.

With very best wishes
