Self-referral routes for Opportunity Sheffield employment support

Over recent weeks and months, Opportunity Sheffield – the employment and skills service in Sheffield City Council – has seen a significant increase in the number of out-of-work individuals getting in touch seeking employment support.

Should you come into contact with anyone who is interested in receiving support from Opportunity Sheffield’s apprenticeship or employment support programmes, please encourage them to self-refer using the links below. A member of our team will process the expression of interest and either contact the applicant directly or refer to an appropriate partner organisation based upon geography and/or personal characteristics.

You can complete a copy of our referral form and send this over – the more information we have from the referrer, the greater the chance of selecting the most suitable intervention.

As we continue to work remotely, capacity for answering incoming calls is limited – we’ll do our best to return your call as quickly as possible.
