Job vacancy: Keyworker – Work & Wellbeing Coach (Zest)

£21,000 – £24,500 dependant on experience

We are looking for a motivated, extremely organised individual who can coordinate and deliver group-based activities which involves working in partnership with multiple organisations and staff to; facilitate, promote and recruit individuals onto our programmes.

Responsible for specific projects within the department as the main lead, to liaise with funders and undertake monitoring returns.  One day you could be co-ordinating the delivery of training, another liaising with an employer or supporting a customer on a one to one basis with regards to gaining employment, or training.

Able to work to performance targets, have a high standard of computer literacy, excellent communication skills and have experience of working with people from a variety of backgrounds.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience of working in an information, advice and guidance role and hold a qualification in either IAG at level 3 or Award in Adult Education, the ideal candidate will hold both.
