Are you a strong, highly organised administrator who would enjoy the challenge of providing a comprehensive and efficient operational support service to the Education, Skills and Employability team within South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority ?
We are seeking a Careers Hub Support Officer who will carry out a variety of administrative tasks including the production of meeting minutes, emails and reporting documents to support the South Yorkshire Careers Hub and wider team. Working closely with the Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC), you will provide a key link for sharing information including the updated Enterprise Adviser Network register, collating and presenting data on the achievements of the South Yorkshire Careers Hub and progress against targets, whilst ensuring that information is
accurate and stored in line with Data Protection and GDPR policies and procedures.
You will assist the team to proactively engage with businesses, employers and wider education business link organisations to provide information, advice and guidance as appropriate, maintain working relationships with key intermediary partners and Local Authority delivery teams.
