AALFY has produced a case study video to promote its Laser Friday initiative, which allows potential programme participants to visit 108 The Moor to learn how to use design technologies and improve their creative skills.

About Learn Create Sell

Learn, Create, Sell (LCS) uses the power of lasers to develop beautiful and innovative products; our methodology is based on lean manufacturing & rapid prototyping. As the name suggest there’s three core elements to the programme followed by individual progression pathways:

Learn: Focusing on skills development, the learning element of the programme introduces the participants to elements of design, laser cutting, business planning and networking.

Create:  During this stage participants are supported by numerous partner organisations and entrepreneurs to develop a commercial product and package it.

Sell: The pop-up shop is launched for 2 weeks, the participants are responsible for managing the shop. All revenue earned is given back to the participants to further develop their products or develop more products.
