Attend the first Preparing for Adulthood: Pop-Up Surgery event of the academic year at Sheaf Training on Friday 23 of September. Drop by at a time that suits you between 9:30am – 12 noon.
Designed for young people with special educational needs and disabilities in Y9+ and their families, this event will provide the opportunity to speak with officers from education, health, social care, transport and other services about how to forge a brighter future in adulthood.
You will have the chance to ask questions, access support and seek bespoke guidance for your particular situation.
If you are unable to attend this particular event, a series of these Pop-Up Surgery events will be running at various locations across Sheffield throughout the next academic year.
