Job Vacancy: Employment and Education Adviser – Voluntary Action Sheffield

Voluntary Action Sheffield is recruiting an Employment and Education Adviser to work on the New Beginnings project Single Job – Voluntary Action Sheffield (vas.org.uk)


Location: Sheffield

Salary: £25,740 per annum: (pro rata)

Contract: Full time

Hours: 35

Key duties:

  • Support and prepare refugees to access employment, education, volunteering and social activities necessary to enable them to get work in line with their goals and integrate in their local community. 
  • Support organisations to positively employ refugees 
  • Develop partnerships with individual employers and training providers 
  • Funding until 31st December 2023

Leave: 25 days’ annual leave in addition to 11 statutory and additional holidays (pro rata for part-time staff).
