Opportunity Sheffield to support 620+ unemployed and economically inactive people into work

Opportunity Sheffield has launched its 2024-25 employment support provision, which aims to support at least 620 unemployed and economically inactive people into work.

As part of Skills & Employability South Yorkshire, the Council’s Employment and Skills service has commissioned a range of keyworker projects with Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) providers.

Projects have been commissioned across the city to maximise coverage and accessibility to services for residents, with additional targeting in areas of high demand, including the East, North-East, and South of Sheffield.
