Youth Employment & Skills (YES), part of Opportunity Sheffield’s Sector Routeways programme, starts on Monday 10 February.
YES is designed to prepare learners for work. It provides support and guidance on how to move participants towards their dream career, with an emphasis on achieving progressions into employment, apprenticeships, and job-focused learning.

Registration session: Monday 27 January 2025
Start date: Monday 10 February 2025
Duration: Three weeks, Monday to Friday
Location: Moorfoot Learning and Development Centre, Sheffield, S1 4PL
Eligibility Criteria
You can refer a participant if they:
- Are 16-24 years old
- Live in South Yorkshire
- Are currently unemployed and not in full-time education
- Have the right to work in the UK
To complete registration, they must provide:
- National Insurance Number
- Proof of ID (Passport, Birth Certificate, or Biometric Residence Permit)
- Universal Credit login or proof of right to work
