Opportunity Sheffield’s Pathways to Work team offers independent triage for employment support services across the city.
Opportunity Sheffield is the local System Service Manager for Pathways to Work, a South Yorkshire-wide initiative to integrate employment, skills and health provision and create a simpler system for referrers, providers, employers and residents.
The Pathways to Work system includes a wide range of employment, skills and health projects, which are designed to support local residents and help them to achieve their potential.
Our priority is ensuring the most appropriate referral for every person with an employment or skills need.
The Opportunity Sheffield team supports unemployed and economically inactive people into work, employed people to progress their careers and employers to recruit and upskill their staff.
