Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills
The NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills is a nationally recognised qualification designed for individuals who want to develop professional counselling skills, improve their ability to support others, or explore a future career in counselling, mental health, wellbeing, education, health and social care, safeguarding, or people-focused roles.
The course develops active listening, empathy, communication, self-awareness, ethical practice and understanding of counselling theory, helping learners build the confidence and skills needed to support others effectively.

NCFE Certificate in Quality Management
The Quality Management Bootcamps are focused programmes designed to develop practical skills in quality management, continuous improvement, compliance, auditing, problem-solving and process improvement. Learners gain industry-recognised knowledge that can be applied across manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, logistics, professional services, construction and public sector organisations.
- Suitable for adults aged 19+
- Ideal for individuals looking to upskill in quality, compliance, continuous improvement or operational excellence
- Designed to support both entry-level learners and experienced learners wanting to improve their quality knowledge
- Currently running with a few spaces available
- Running on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10am to 1pm
- Delivered online through live tutor-led sessions.
Progression routes include:
- Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship
- Level 4 Internal Audit Practitioner Apprenticeship
- Safety, Health & Environment Technician Level 3
- Governance and Compliance qualifications
