Sheffield Wednesday Football Club Community Programme (SWFCCP) is providing employability support for young people aged 16 to 24, with scope to accept those up to 28 years, who are NEET or economically inactive.
As part of the Pathways programme, young people will receive free, personalised employability support. The SWFCCP team works closely with each individual to get to know them, understand their personal circumstances, identify any barriers they may be facing, and create a support plan that’s tailored to their needs.
This can include CV support, job searching, interview preparation, training opportunities, confidence building, and ongoing one-to-one support to help them move towards employment, education or training.
