The Health and Growth Accelerator (HGA) programme, which funds the Peer Connector provision, has been extended until March 2027.
The Peer Connector service helps participants with personal goals, access to other opportunities and provides ongoing support and advice. If you know any young people who are struggling to overcome their health and wellbeing barriers this service is a great option.
Sheffield Futures is leading on managing the service day-to-day, managing relationships with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and supporting shared learning and collaboration across Sheffield providers.
