SOHAS Workplace Wellbeing Service helps Sheffield residents remain in work

Sheffield Occupational Health Advisory Service (SOHAS) is running a Workplace Wellbeing Service to help Sheffield residents to remain in work.

SOHAS is an independent workplace health charity that has been supporting the health and wellbeing of Sheffield residents for many years.

The NHS-funded Workplace Wellbeing Service is available to anyone who lives or works in Sheffield and is currently in employment.

The service offers confidential one-to-one wellbeing sessions with a qualified medical professional, helping people to remain healthy and in work. Support includes:

  • Workplace health and wellbeing
  • Returning to work following sickness absence
  • Work-life balance
  • Employment rights and employment law
  • Health and safety in the workplace

With increasing pressures on both employers and employees, this service offers early intervention to help individuals stay in work, improve their wellbeing, and reduce the impact of work-related health issues. The project is completely free to eligible participants.
