Main enrolment location: Unit 5, Scotland Street, Sheffield, S3 7AT.
Customers should bring their passport or birth certificate (a screenshot is acceptable) and have access to their Universal Credit journal on their mobile device.
As part of enrolment, customers will complete a short BKSB Maths and English assessment consisting of 18 questions. Please reassure customers that this is not a pass-or-fail test; it is simply a screening assessment to help the tutor understand their individual learning needs and provide the right level of classroom support.
