The MPCT Sheffield Academy Open Day is on Friday 15 January 2026.
The afternoon is a great opportunity to come along, have a look around the academy and get a real feel for what MPCT is all about. They will be showcasing what students can expect from their courses, introducing you to the team and giving you the chance to see some of the existing students in action through demonstrations.
The event is open to prospective students and parents/guardians, but they also welcome careers advisers, social workers, youth workers, support workers, education professionals and anyone else working with young people who may benefit from knowing more about what we offer.
It’s a chance to:
- Meet the MPCT team and find out more about what they do
- Have a look around the Sheffield Academy
- See students taking part in demonstrations
- Find out more about the Level 2 Preparation for Military Service and Level 3 Uniformed Services courses
- Get an idea of what a typical day at MPCT looks like
- Ask any questions you may have
- Find out how they can support young people you work with and how the referral process works
