SHU: Benefit from a fully-funded graduate intern this summer

In March 2021, Sheffield Hallam University launched 200 funded graduate internships to support both our Class of 2021 graduates and local businesses in the Sheffield City Region.

We’re offering employers the chance to recruit a graduate, free of charge, for up to 100 hours.
Our 2021 internships can start any time between mid June and early July, and are a great way to fill skills gaps and receive short-term support in exchange for providing real-world experience.

Our industry ready graduates can

bring practical business skills, enthusiasm and drive to your team
help resource short-term projects without using your core resources
offer fresh perspectives for your business
strengthen your team without committing to permanent contracts

We are particularly interested to hear from employers who can offer internships to graduates from the following degree types: hospitality, tourism, events, aviation, arts, fashion, design, media and communication, sport, finance, sciences, childhood studies, general management, charities and social enterprises.

However please do get in touch whatever type of internships you could offer as we will accept many different types outside of these areas.

You’ll receive support from our dedicated employer partnerships team who will work with your business to ensure you find a graduate that suits your business.
