A traineeship is a pre-apprenticeship programme providing opportunities for young people. They are especially beneficial for those who are wanting a practical working environment, needing to build confidence in the workplace and those who are thinking of progressing into an apprentice or employment.
The Source claims to work with reputable employers across the Sheffield City Region to provide high quality work placements for our young people and has lots of exciting placements available now.
