Co-developed with the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP), the programme has been designed to address the specific development needs of employability professionals within your organisation.

• Coaching and mentoring • Managing challenging and complex caseloads; • Stakeholder management and engagement • Holistic assessments and diagnostics • Holistic action plans and reviews • Designing, delivering and facilitating interventions • Problem solving and risk/crisis management.
What support will you receive?
With Seetec Outsource apprentices get a learning plan tailored to their organisation and role. Learners also receive full support from an experienced development coach and undertake ‘blended learning’.
