Element Society’s Life Hack project aims to work with vulnerable young people to find out why they are at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training).
Element Society strives to support participants into training or to tackle issues which may be a barrier to them entering training.
If Element Society is unable to fully support a young person in-house, as part of the Children and Young Peoples Network, targeted support may be found to support the young person’s needs, such as mental health support, drugs and alcohol services, housing etc.
