Outreach support for unemployed young people aged 18-24 claiming Universal Credit in Sheffield
Sheffield City Council has received a DWP Flexible Support Fund Grant to mobilise five Community Youth Hubs in Sheffield Four of these will be based in areas of the city with the highest levels of youth unemployment and the fifth will be a specialist hub support young people with Learning Disabilities.
Sheffield City Council is seeking organisations to form part of the Sheffield Community Youth Hubs delivery model and partnership. The tender is published on the new YORTender Portal which is free to organisations to join and provides access to tender opportunities from Local Authorities within the Yorkshire & Humber region.
