Step Up training is running a Contact Centre Operations training course that will be running in Sheffield in the very near future, with a finalised date to be confirmed based on interest. Step Up has established connections with an employer in the Killamarsh area who is recruiting for contract centre roles, and the training course aims to prepare individuals to interview for these positions.
Participants who complete the Contact Centre Operations training course will gain a free Google Chromebook and a guaranteed interview with the employer.
