Fortem is running a three-day Women’s DIY Workshop at CDC (Career Development Centre) on Cricket Inn Road, starting Wednesday 23 September 2026.
Participants will learn a range of basic DIY skills and have the chance to speak with women working in the construction industry.
It is a great opportunity to build skills and confidence, whether you are a woman working on projects in the home or if you are interested in a career in:
- basic tiling
- decorating
- plaster repairs
- plugs/fuse checks
- bleeding radiators
