Health Coaching workshop for young people

The See It Be It team at Sheffield City Council is seeking referrals for a free, interactive Health Coaching workshop for young people aged 16-24 across South Yorkshire. Full details below:

Date: Tuesday 17 November
Time: 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Cost: Free
Who: 16 – 24 year olds
Where: Sheffield City Centre (venue to be confirmed on registration)

This engaging session will help participants develop practical communication, listening, confidence and wellbeing skills that can support them in education, training, employment, and everyday life. Young people will also gain an introduction to coaching approaches that are increasingly valued by employers and health and wellbeing services.

This opportunity may be particularly valuable for young people experiencing barriers linked to confidence, wellbeing, motivation, employability, NEET, or uncertainty about their next steps. Through a supportive and interactive environment hosted by Dr Caroline Hart and Dr Ollie Hart, participants will build transferable “people skills”, explore techniques that promote self-care and resilience, and gain skills that can strengthen future opportunities, promote social mobility and life chances.
