Depaul South Yorkshire Christmas Appeal

Written by Sarah Gregory, Assistant Director, Depaul South Yorkshire

Here at Depaul we’ve been talking about Christmas and how we can mark the occasion in a way that works within the current Government guidance.

Normally we’d be cooking a Christmas meal and inviting all of our clients to come together to enjoy some food, company and presents.

Obviously we can’t do that this year and so we are launching an appeal to raise the additional funds that would be needed to provide all of the Depaul South Yorkshire clients, with food for Christmas, the utilities to cook it with and a gift.

This includes:

  • young people and parents housed in the Dispersed Accommodation Service or Supported Lodgings
  • the families and young people from across South Yorkshire supported by SAFE@LAST
  • job seekers supported by Targeted Employability Support

I’d be grateful if you could share our appeal with colleagues, friends and family to help us reach as many people as we need to raise our £2950 target.

Thank you in advance and all the best to you for the festive season.

Sarah Gregory
