Zest is continuing to seek employment support referrals during December, with its Pathways to Success keyworkers able to operate remotely (Zest Centre remains closed until January).
The Upperthorpe-based employability providers is working with a range of unemployed and economically inactive people, both from the local area and further afield, with a view to supporting progressions into Job Search, Education & Training or Employment.

Behavioural change activity
Zest is also running a behavioural change programme in 2020-21 as part of the wider ESF Pathways employment support programme.
Zest4Life adopts a holistic approach to improving wellbeing and motivation, giving participants a taste of various different activities and skills sets.
