AELP Mental Health Package: book your complimentary place!

AELP claims to be passionate about promoting better mental health and wellbeing in the FE sector. That’s why it is launching a new Mental Health Package, starting with a series of working webinars in 2022 from speakers with extensive knowledge and experience of supporting mental wellbeing in different sectors.

An April 2021 survey confirmed nearly half of organisations still lack a formal strategy or approach to mental health and wellbeing. Given the amount of time most people spend in a work or educational setting, it is essential for organisations to consider what support they can offer to learners and employees, and how.

The first three working webinars are now open for booking and are free to attend for the whole sector.

Alongside this, AELP is opening a brand new section of the SectorShare website with a dedicated section on supporting mental health in FE settings. This will signpost to where the best free resources and information on this crucial subject can be found, giving you a trusted single point of reference for any support needs you and your organisation may have.
