On Wednesday 16 March, Northern College will be hosting a wellbeing day including activities based on the five steps to mental wellbeing from the NHS.
The day will feature five learning workshops and a final workshop so you can record your learning. You will also make an action plan to support your continued development and apply for your next course in college over the summer term.
The five steps to mental wellbeing and focus of the workshops are:
- Connect with others
- Be physically active
- Learn new skills
- Give to others
