Specialist Employability Adviser – Sheffield
37.5 Hours per week (would consider part time applicants)
£22,268 – £24,698
Big Ambitions CIC are currently recruiting for a Specialist Employability Adviser.
Working from our Sheffield office at Blades business hub, we are looking for a new team member to help support unemployed and economically inactive jobseekers, by offering a holistic, personalised employment support which empowers our customers to increase their skills, motivation and confidence to help them move into employment, self-employment, training or education.
As a specialist employability adviser, you will engage new customers to join our programmes, support and encourage them towards suitable employment opportunities. You must be comfortable completing comprehensive assessments and have the ability to create effective action plans and deliver support to help our customers reach their goals. You must also have experience of working with customers with barriers to employment and have a track record of supporting those with additional support needs into sustainable, suitable employment opportunities or into education/training.
