Job vacancies: Project Co-ordinator & Project Administrator (Derbs Unemployed Workers’ Centre)

Derbyshire Unemployed Workers’ Centre currently has two vacancies – for a Project Co-ordinator (£24,799) and a Project Administrator (£13,405).

Project Co-ordinator

  • SALARY £24,799 + 6% EMPLOYERS PENSION CONTRIBUTION
  • HOURS 37 HOURS PER WEEK – FLEXIBLE WORKING

DUWC is looking to appoint a co-ordinator for our new Big Lottery funded ‘Help is Here’ project.  The post holder will provide day to day co-ordination of the five year project delivering services to the migrant communities of North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire, recruiting and providing support and training to volunteers from these communities.  Multilingual skills will be an advantage. The post is primarily based in Shirebrook, Derbyshire.


Project Administrator

  • SALARY £13,405 + 6% EMPLOYERS PENSION CONTRIBUTION
  • HOURS 20 HOURS PER WEEK – FLEXIBLE WORKING

DUWC is looking to appoint an administrator for our new Big Lottery funded ‘Help is Here’ project.  The post holder will undertake all administrative duties in relation to the operation of the five year project and will help develop and maintain the project webpage, ensure that resources are available for the efficient operation of the office and other related outreach work. Multilingual skills will be an advantage.  The post is primarily based in Shirebrook.
