The Employer Engagement & Performance Division of the Apprenticeships Directorate (DfE) are committed to raising the quality of the apprenticeship experience for all parties involved. In particular, we know from user research that it is important for SMEs to be fully supported in their end-to-end apprenticeship journey from identifying their apprenticeship needs right through to end-point assessment.
To help you to provide the best support to SMEs that you work with we are delighted to introduce our free brand-new SME apprenticeships webinar programme for 2022/2023.
Starting this autumn, we will be launching new webinars for SMEs to support in their apprenticeship programmes with a focus on recruiting and supporting young people. These webinars will be co-presented by businesses who will share their experiences and bring invaluable advice and guidance to other employers. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions in a live Q&A.
Due to restrictions on numbers, only employers should attend the live webinar, but a recording will be made available after the event to all those who register.
The programme kicks off in November and employers can book now for the first three. Please share the below details with the employers you work with and ask them to sign up to the first three by clicking on each of the registration links.

Do you know where to start in onboarding your apprentices and managing a successful and effective induction programme? Hear how other SMEs have committed to giving their apprentices the best start on their programme, ensuring their business is set up to effectively support apprenticeships.
