Total Training Provision is enrolling learners for Understanding Behaviour that Challenges this September, with an enrolment event on Thursday 27 August 2026.
This Level 2 qualification explores the causes of challenging behaviour, positive behaviour support strategies, and effective communication techniques, helping learners build confidence in supporting individuals across education, health and social care settings.
It’s ideal for those looking to enhance their skills or progress into rewarding support focused roles.
To be eligible, learners must:
- be aged 19 or over
- live in South Yorkshire
- have the right to work in the UK.
